Founded in 1993, Auto HR is a human resources consulting firm that specializes in helping companies improve their HR processes and procedures, while reducing the risk of employment-related lawsuits and EEOC charges. We work closely with employers to act proactively and create welcoming workplace environments that adhere to complex employment laws and regulations.

Our consultants have extensive backgrounds in human resource compliance and carry the PHR and SPHR certifications as recognized by the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM). Although we are not attorneys, our practical experience in addressing day-to-day employment issues helps you avoid or resolve most labor questions and concerns before they become a crisis.
